Although our primary method of marketing is auction, from time to time we may have a client who asks us to list and sell their personal property/equipment by private showing and negotiations. We also represent buyers in locating, negotiating and purchasing personal property/equipment. If you would like OK Auction to help you in locating personal property/equipment, we would be glad to work for you. Commission is 10%. On large items that would bring more than $8500 a flat rate of $850/item.
We presently have a number of items for sale on our lot at 410 1740 Road in Delta, Colorado.
